Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Deed Dive Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Deed Dive Learning Pvt. Ltd. ("Company").

a) Be at least 18 years of age.

b) Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

c) Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or inquiry.

a) The Platform is intended solely for lawful purposes related to real estate discovery, listing, and related services. You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.

b) You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

c) You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Platform.

d) The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, the Company, third parties, or the public.

a) If you choose to post messages, reviews, or feedback anywhere on the Platform, including but not limited to message boards, chat rooms, or other message areas, you acknowledge that any such information provided or uploaded will be collected and stored by the Company. Such retained information may be used to resolve disputes, provide customer support, troubleshoot problems, and may be provided to judicial or governmental authorities of requisite jurisdiction if required by applicable law.

b) The Company may request you to write reviews for properties or services accessed through the Platform. You hereby expressly authorise the Company to publish any such reviews on the Platform, along with your name and certain contact details, for the benefit and use of other users.

c) Nothing herein shall compel the Company to store, upload, publish, or display any content, review, survey, or feedback submitted by you. The Company reserves the right to remove any such content at its sole discretion, without cause or prior notice to you.

a) All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b) You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of the Company.

The Platform and all content, information, products, and services provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Company makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any property listings or information provided on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content posted on the Platform by third parties, including property listings, pricing, or availability details.

It is expressly agreed to by the Parties that the formation, interpretation, and performance of these Terms and any disputes arising herefrom will be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution ("ADR") mechanism. The contents of this Section shall survive even after the termination or expiry of these Terms.

a) Mediation: In case of any dispute between the Parties, they will attempt to resolve the matter amicably within thirty (30) days of one Party communicating the existence of a dispute to the other.

b) Arbitration: If the Parties are unable to amicably resolve a dispute by mediation, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The award passed by the sole arbitrator shall be valid and binding on both Parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.

These Terms & Conditions are specific to Deed Dive Learning Pvt. Ltd. and its operations in Karnataka, India.
